Bad Mix.

The preset pianos were just a bad way to go here. In general every sound was a bad choice. I've never heard the original but as a capcom song I'm sure it was synthed. I don't man it sounds unbalanced your lower piano is really loud and there's no significant drum fill to hold this up. It sounds really young and unorganized...

Wow man, harsh. After all the hard work I did on this, I get this kind of review. If this is your opinion, then some tips on improvement would have softened the blow. In any case thank for you honesty Simon.

I don't know man..

I didn't really relate to it very much. It was good though I guess. As a loop..

It was broken.

I'm sorry but this was broken. The guitar didn't follow the drums and the bass in anyway. It was just offbeat. It sounds like two songs competing. Maybe even 3 songs competing really. The guitar solo thing is absurdly loud and keeps hitting this one note that's just really...is this serious? I mean what the hell? It's just a bunch...I couldn't even listen to the entire song. Nice joke..

Let's See.

Well I sure hate to review good songs. But oh well. I like the entire thing. Around 3:33 when the chords move up a bit it's really fly and the bells hit nicely. This is really good....i guess that's why it's top 5...

Rig responds:

Hey, thanks man! The "bells" is actually a piano, by the way.
It never was top 5. Actually, I've never been in the top 5. Ah well...someday.
Thanks for the review!

Well.

Don't really know what she saying. It sounds clear and she sounds good. So I can only give it a ten and a 5 otherwise it's not very fair to her.

Rig responds:

She'll be thrilled, haha
Thanks, man!

Didn't enjoy it.

It really seemed to lacked some major components of music. A defined form and some transitional work. Also it sounded overly preset and weird. The snares don't fit it very well at times and the main vocal sound throughout it seems to get overdone. Towards the center of the song I tired of the buzz that implodes and comes back out. The kicks also seemed random. Sometimes. Overall I didn't like it very much.

meltinjohn responds:

....its not an actuel song just somthing i thought would kinda drone on in the back of a menu screen...seeing as a lot of submisions a used in flashes an that

Ahh Zelda...

I didn't know it was going to be this. Because you spelt kokiri kind of funny. It sounds like it so whatever. It was pretty good. I think you should balanced it though instead of the pan all on one ear...I like the n64 sounds a bit better..

Wow.

That was pretty funny. But as far as music goes. It was rather lacking. If it didn't have vocals it would sound out of tune on the guitar...the transition was pretty good though. It was funny. I wouldn't listen to it twice..

o.O

This shyt is pretty much beautiful in it's chord changes and such. It's making me want to go produce something like it. This is honestly the best thing I've heard submitted today. Best thing I've heard on here Melody Wise. To bad it's not your original work. It's pretty though. I would add my own blemishes to it if I were you. After it loops twice I would start adding to it. Like deep chords flowing in the back and some light synths dipping the chords in the background. I would just go wild man. Add some personal touches to and it would be great. Exaggerate the chords futher as the song continues into a deep serenade. It's beautiful now but build it upward until it reaches maximum appeal. It's amazing now though. You have my respect. 9/10 because you didn't go crazy with these chord changes like your suppose to.... loved it.

House* Love it.

I love house music. I really like the chord changes but I felt the piano should have reverbed more and been an octave higher. They just grit down this low. This is really groovy though. Except at times your bell leaves the key about half step and sounds dissonant. I would like into it and adjust it about a half-step in the respective direction. Also I found it very odd that you put the entire song out of tune. It's not in a natural key so you can't duplicate it on a piano. Strange choice but as long as it's all that way it's fine i suppose. Maybe that's why your bells have dissonance. I'm not sure. But it was a pretty groovy tune. I like it man. Keep it up. Check that dissonance it really sounds about a half-step off to me.

Nightheaven responds:

-An octave Higher seems too high to me :-)
-As for the reverber, yes maybe I'll increase it
-I didn't compose this song to play it on a piano,it's just an house song,I don't think it's a real matter.
-At last,i didn't find a real dissonance, but if you want send me a pm and tell me some (or all) the parts where you find this problem
Anyway thanks for the review,I really appreciated your collaboration!

Just doing music like always...
